GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, supplied by Aminovera Research as a lyophilised reference material in a sealed vial. It carries CAS number 89030-95-5, molecular formula C14H22CuN6O4 and a molecular weight of 401.91 g/mol.
This is the only item in the catalogue that is a coordination complex rather than a peptide alone, and it behaves differently as a result. The copper centre gives the material its characteristic blue colour, and it means the analytical picture is not the same as for an uncomplexed peptide — the free tripeptide GHK carries a different CAS number (49557-75-7) and a different molecular weight. If a certificate you are comparing refers to GHK rather than GHK-Cu, it describes a different substance.
