Refund and Returns Policy

We want ordering to be straightforward. This policy explains when a return or refund may be accepted.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you need to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original sealed packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Opened or damaged materials

We cannot normally accept a vial where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been damaged after delivery, because the integrity of the material can no longer be verified. This does not affect your rights where an item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged deliveries

Photograph the parcel and contents before further unpacking and contact us with your order number on the day of delivery.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome and process any refund to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
