We answer questions about catalogue items, batch documentation, quotations and existing orders. We do not answer questions about human or veterinary use, dosing or administration — see the research-use-only statement.

What to include

Including the right reference first time is the difference between an answer today and three emails over three days.

• About an order — your order number and the email address used.
• About a batch or certificate — the catalogue number and the lot number printed on the vial label.
• For a quotation — compound, pack size, quantity, delivery destination and any PO requirements.
• About a damaged parcel — photographs taken at the point of delivery, before unpacking further.

Response times

Enquiries are answered within one to two working days. Quotation requests that need a stock or lead-time check may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leave the request open.

Institutional buyers

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, say so directly and include your order number. Complaints are acknowledged within two working days and we will tell you what we intend to do about it and by when.
