Shipping and delivery

Simple, transparent UK delivery for research materials, with tracking sent when your order is dispatched.

UK delivery options

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Choose from the following services at checkout:

• Tracked UK delivery — £4.95. The delivery target is 3–5 working days.
• Free tracked UK delivery on orders of £75 or more. The same 3–5 working-day delivery target applies.
• Special Delivery — £8. Guaranteed for the next working day after dispatch.

The Special Delivery guarantee begins when your order is dispatched. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day, and carrier exclusions may apply to some remote postcodes. The available price and service are shown before payment.

Packaging and tracking

Vials are packed securely for laboratory delivery. Tracking details are emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have an order confirmation but no dispatch message, the parcel has not yet left us.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the outer packaging and contents before unpacking further, then contact us with your order number on the day of delivery. We will review the issue and explain the next step.
