Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to orders placed through Aminovera.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them and the research-use-only statement.

1. Supply and eligibility

Customers must be aged 18 or over and must purchase for lawful laboratory or analytical research. We may decline an order where the intended use is unclear or falls outside the stated scope.

2. Product information

Product records state the pack size, physical form, identifiers, storage information and documentation status available at the time of ordering. Images are representative mockups of the labelled vial presentation.

3. Orders and prices

Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; any applicable taxes and delivery charge are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery targets and the current charge are shown on the shipping page and at checkout.

5. Returns

Return eligibility is set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. Opened or damaged materials cannot be accepted where the integrity of the material can no longer be verified.

6. Safe and lawful use

Materials must be stored, handled and disposed of in line with the product information, safety documentation, institutional procedures and applicable law. They are not supplied for human or veterinary use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
