Aminovera Research
For laboratories and institutions
Institutional buying works differently from a card checkout. Universities, contract research organisations and analytical laboratories usually need a written quotation before a requisition can be raised, an invoice that matches a purchase order number, and confidence that the material quoted will still be available when the order finally lands. Aminovera supports all three.
Written quotations
We will issue a written quotation against a catalogue number and quantity, valid for 30 days. The quotation states unit price, pack size, VAT treatment, delivery cost and current stock position. Send the compound, pack size and quantity you need through the contact page and we will return a quotation you can attach to a requisition.
Purchase orders
We accept purchase orders from established institutions. The invoice carries your PO number, our catalogue numbers and the lot numbers supplied, so it reconciles against both your finance system and your goods-in records. Payment terms are agreed in advance; we do not apply terms retrospectively to an order already placed.
Batch reservation
Where a study requires several deliveries of the same material, ask us to reserve stock from a single lot. Working from one lot removes batch-to-batch variation as a variable in your own results, and means one certificate covers the whole series. Reservation is agreed in writing with a defined quantity and end date.
Bulk quantities
Quantities above the catalogue pack sizes are quoted individually. Tell us the compound, the total quantity and the timeframe. Where a quantity requires a dedicated synthesis or a longer lead time, we will say so in the quotation rather than accept an order we cannot fulfil to schedule.
What we will need from you
Because everything on this site is supplied for research use only, institutional accounts are set up with a short declaration confirming the nature of the work and that materials will not be administered to humans or animals. This is a condition of supply, not a formality — we decline orders where the stated purpose falls outside lawful laboratory research.
- The institution or organisation name and delivery address.
- A named contact for goods-in and a named contact for invoicing.
- A purchase order number, where your finance process requires one.
- Confirmation of intended use as laboratory or analytical research.
VAT
Prices shown on the site are for the pack described. The VAT treatment applied to your order is shown on the quotation and on the invoice. If your institution holds a relevant exemption or is purchasing from outside the UK, tell us at quotation stage rather than after invoicing, when it is considerably harder to correct.
Research use only. Products listed on this website are supplied exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory and analytical research. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products, and they are not intended for ingestion, injection, administration, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition in humans or animals. No product on this site holds a UK marketing authorisation.
