Here are the questions customers most often ask before ordering a research material.

Ordering

Who can purchase?

Customers must be aged 18 or over and purchasing for lawful laboratory or analytical research. We do not supply for human or veterinary use.

Can I request dosing, reconstitution or administration advice?

No. The catalogue is supplied for laboratory research only, so we do not provide personal-use protocols or administration guidance.

Can I order for a university, CRO or analytical laboratory?

Yes. See For laboratories for quotations, purchase orders, batch reservation and larger quantities.

Documentation

Do you provide a certificate of analysis?

The documentation status is shown on each product record. Where a batch document has been released, it is linked to the relevant record; pending batches are labelled pending.

How do I match a certificate to my vial?

Match the lot number on the vial to the lot number on the document. If they differ, contact us before relying on the document.

Delivery and returns

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Tracked delivery is £4.95 with a 3–5 working-day target, and tracked delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. You can also choose £8 Special Delivery, guaranteed for the next working day after dispatch. Weekend, bank-holiday and some remote-postcode restrictions may apply.

Is delivery charged on the £1 checkout test product?

No. The checkout test product is virtual, so its checkout total remains £1 with no delivery charge.

Can I return an item?

See the Refund and Returns Policy. Sealed, unused and undamaged items may be eligible within the stated period; opened materials cannot be accepted because their integrity cannot be verified.
