Affiliate programme terms

These terms govern participation in the Aminovera Research Affiliate Programme. By applying and participating, an affiliate accepts these terms alongside the website terms and privacy policy.

1. Approval and relationship

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about their identity, publishing channels and promotional methods. Applications are reviewed manually. Aminovera may approve, reject, suspend or terminate an account at its discretion. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, authority to bind Aminovera, or exclusivity.

2. Referral attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. Where a visitor permits optional referral tracking, the most recent valid affiliate referral is eligible for attribution for 30 days. Browser controls, consent choices, deleted cookies and technical restrictions can prevent attribution; commissions are payable only on referrals recorded by Aminovera’s system. Self-referrals are not eligible.

3. Eligible commission

The standard rate is 10% of the qualifying product value actually paid, excluding VAT, delivery charges, refunds, chargebacks and cancelled, failed or fraudulent orders. A commission initially recorded as pending does not become payable until the underlying order is paid and remains valid through the 30-day refund hold. Aminovera may correct duplicate or erroneous attribution.

4. Payments

Eligible balances of at least £50 are reviewed for monthly payment by manual bank transfer or another agreed method. Amounts below the threshold carry forward. The affiliate is responsible for supplying accurate payment information and for all tax reporting or liabilities arising from their commission income.

5. Required advertising disclosure

Every affiliate promotion must be obviously identifiable as advertising. A clear label such as “Ad” or “Affiliate link” must appear prominently before or with the promotional content and must not be hidden among hashtags, behind a disclosure link or left until after the referral link.

6. Research-use-only communications

Aminovera products are supplied exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory and analytical research. Affiliates must preserve that position accurately and prominently. Affiliates must not:

• state or imply that a product is a medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic or veterinary product;
• suggest ingestion, injection, administration or any human or animal use;
• publish dosing, reconstitution or administration instructions;
• make treatment, prevention, diagnostic, weight-loss, body-composition, anti-ageing, recovery or performance claims;
• use personal-use testimonials, before-and-after imagery or unapproved scientific claims;
• target children or audiences seeking products for personal use.

7. Promotional restrictions

Affiliates may use only accurate product information and approved assets. Affiliates must not bid on Aminovera or confusingly similar brand terms, register misleading domains or social accounts, send unsolicited messages, use cookie stuffing, adware, forced redirects, impersonation, fabricated scarcity, unauthorised discount codes, or conceal the destination of a referral link. Paid advertising requires written approval in advance.

8. Monitoring and records

Affiliates must provide links or copies of promotional content when requested and promptly correct or remove non-compliant material. Aminovera may withhold or reject commissions linked to prohibited promotion, fraud, misrepresentation, returns, chargebacks or breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

Aminovera grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use supplied brand assets solely for compliant programme activity. Brand assets may not be altered in a misleading way, sublicensed or used after termination.

10. Data and confidentiality

Affiliate and referral information is handled as described in the Aminovera privacy policy. Affiliates must comply with applicable privacy, electronic communications and advertising requirements. Non-public commercial information, account data and programme materials marked confidential must not be disclosed.

11. Changes and termination

Aminovera may change programme rates, thresholds, attribution rules or these terms with reasonable notice. Either party may end participation at any time. Valid commission already earned before termination remains subject to verification, the refund hold and these terms. Provisions concerning compliance, records, intellectual property, liability and payment reconciliation survive termination where relevant.
